PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical adhesive agent and a medical adhesive tape or sheet which have a moderate adhesion force with an excellent fixability, especially fixability against sweat and a low skin stimulability.
SOLUTION: The medical adhesive agent contains a water-dispersible copolymer which is obtained by arranging a silane-based monomer copolymerizable with a (metha) alkyl ester acrylate into a monomer mix containing the (metha) alkyl ester acrylate to copolymerize and an organic liquid like component phase soluble with the water-dispersible copolymer. The rate of gel components after the cross linking of the water-dispersible copolymer is 40-80 wt.% and the weight-average molecular weight of the sol components after the cross linking is 300,000 or more.
