PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional sowing plant, since every operation is finished, the next seedling raising pot tray is transported by separate conveyors to a bed soil packing apparatus, a watering apparatus, a sowing apparatus and a soil covering apparatus, an transportation efficiency is poor.SOLUTION: In this sowing plant, the bed soil packing apparatus 2, the watering apparatus 3, the sowing apparatus 4 and the soil covering apparatus 5 are arranged in this order, equipped with conveyors 12, 13, 14 and 15, respectively, the seedling raising pot tray is transported to continuously constitute a nursery bed and sowing is carried out. An actuator of each apparatus, a driving means of each conveyor and detection means which are arranged at the front and the rear of the watering apparatus in the transportation direction and at the front of the sowing apparatus and detect the passage of the seedling raising pot tray are connected to a controlling means. Consequently, a subsequent seedling raising pot tray is controlled to catch up with the preceding seedling raising pot tray when a pot at the rear end of the preceding seedling raising pot tray is positioned at the starting end of the sowing apparatus.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 従来の播種プラントでは、床土充填装置、灌水装置、播種装置、覆土装置は別々のコンベアで各作業が終わる毎に次の育苗ポットトレイを供給するようにしていたので搬送効率が悪かった。【解決手段】 床土充填装置2、灌水装置3、播種装置4、覆土装置5と順に配置して、それぞれ搬送コンベア12・13・14・15を設けて育苗ポットトレイ10を搬送して連続的に苗床を構成して播種する播種プラントにおいて、各装置のアクチュエータと、各搬送コンベアの駆動手段と、搬送方向における灌水装置の前後と播種装置の前部に設けた育苗ポットトレイの通過を検知する検知手段を、制御手段と接続して、先行する育苗ポットトレイの後端のポットが播種装置の始端に位置したとき、後続する育苗ポットトレイが追いつくように制御した。
