The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating strawberry seedlings, and more specifically, to an apparatus for cultivating strawberry seedlings capable of: realizing midair seedling cultivation of seedlings by using a tray, and realizing uniform and stable supply of culture water for each pot, so as to enhance working efficiency for water supply and reduce manpower during massive seedling production and preventing a runner from being in contact with a watering hose or water, so as to prevent sunscald and occurrence of anthracnose, and thereby producing good and uniform seedlings. Thus, the present invention contributes to increase of farm incomes according to high quality strawberry and harvest increase. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a tray including multiple seedling pot groups continuously disposed in a lateral direction which is formed by arranging multiple unit ports at constant intervals and the watering hose lengthily and longitudinally disposed in every gap between the multiple seedling pot groups on the upper surface of the tray, and managing one neighboring seedling pot group, respectively, to supply the water in a direction of the corresponding seedling pot group.
