PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick-on clinical thermometer which can be stuck on a target body site of a user and which allows the user to notice a change in user's body temperature in excess of a reference temperature difference and to grasp a trend of temperature variation from a receiver side.SOLUTION: A stick-on clinical thermometer includes a temperature sensor to be stuck on a target body site and a thermal insulation material covering the temperature sensor. The stick-on clinical thermometer also includes a measurement unit which acquires a signal representing temperature of the target body site from output of the temperature sensor, and a communication unit for wirelessly transmitting the signal. First control is performed every preset period of time (&Dgr;t) to make the communication unit output a signal representing temperature of each preset period of time (S1, S3, S4). At the same time, second control is performed when a temperature difference (&Dgr;T) between first temperature at a first point in time and second temperature at a second point in time reaches a reference temperature difference (&Dgr;T) to make the communication unit output a signal representing the second temperature (S2, S4).
