PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device and a temperature measurement method capable of further improving the measurement accuracy in simplified body temperature measurement.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device (100) comprises: a first temperature sensor (11) for measuring the temperature of a first site of a forearm； a second temperature sensor (12) for measuring the temperature of a second site of the forearm； and body temperature detection means for detecting a body temperature from the measured temperature at the first site and at the second site.
