PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble detector for accurately detecting the adhesion of bubbles, and to provide a biogenic substance measuring device having the bubble detector when accurate measurement of liquid temperature becomes difficult since bubbles mixed into and generated in a channel adhere to a temperature measurement means.SOLUTION: The bubble detector includes: a temperature measurement means for measuring the temperature of liquid circulated in a channel a storage means for storing a preset temperature upper-limit value or temperature change rate and a bubble adhesion discrimination means for discriminating the adhesion of bubbles in the temperature measurement means from a temperature measurement result output from the temperature measurement means and the temperature upper-limit value, and from the temperature change rate obtained from the temperature measurement result output from the temperature measurement means and the temperature change rate stored by the temperature storage.
