An E/O converter (51) that converts the electrical signal into an optical signal, an optical fiber (52) that transmits the optical signal, and an O/E converter (53) that converts the optical signal into the electrical signal, are arranged in at least one of between the image pickup portion (11) and the processor (21), and between the processor (21) and the image processing portion (31).
