Disclosed are a biosignal classifier and a method thereof. The present invention receives a first biosignal in response to a stimulus belonging to a preset class from a plurality of channels, extracts a first biosignal feature vector including information of a predetermined class from the received first biosignal, and extracts the first biosignal feature vector. By classifying the class of the biological body in response to any stimulus using a feature vector generation model generated by learning to generate the same feature vector as the first biosignal feature vector, it is difficult to collect the biosignal data such as a dangerous situation. It is possible to classify the class of biosignal that responds to any stimulus that has not been learned, even if it is not possible.생체신호 클래스 분류 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은 복수 개의 채널로부터 미리 설정된 클래스에 속하는 자극에 반응한 제1 생체신호를 수신하고, 수신된 제1 생체신호로부터 미리 설정된 클래스의 정보를 포함하는 제1 생체신호 특징 벡터를 추출하며, 추출된 제1 생체신호 특징 벡터와 동일한 특징 벡터를 생성하도록 학습하여 생성된 특징 벡터 생성 모델을 이용하여 임의의 자극에 반응한 생체신의 클래스를 분류하므로 위험한 상황과 같이 생체신호 데이터 수집이 어려워 미리 학습할 수 없는 상황에서도 학습되지 않은 임의의 자극에 대해 반응한 생체신호의 클래스를 분류할 수 있다.
