摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to three versions of dry powder inhaler (10) for capsule (90) with dry powder. In the first version, the inhaler comprises body (12) having socket (56) for the capsule. Inhaler comprises two activating buttons (24) located on opposite sides of body (12), and two perforating needles (28). Each of the needles is rigidly attached to the corresponding activating button (24) with the possibility of movement relative to body (12) towards the other activating button from the normal position along the activation direction to the perforation position for perforation of capsule (90) placed in socket (56). First end (30) of each activating button (24) is connected to lower section of housing (12) so, that its second (free) end (32) is able to change over into perforation position with displacement of perforating needle (28) along circumference arc. In the second version of the inhaler, capsule socket (56) is located relative to activation direction (26) at angle (68) in range of 40–50°. In a third version, the inhaler comprises body (12) having base portion (14) with capsule chamber (54) and outer portion (16) attached to base portion (14), and mouthpiece (18) covering chamber (54) and configured to suck air through chamber (54). Intermediate air chamber (81) is formed between base part (14) and outer part (16). Mouthpiece (18) has inhalation inlet (22) communicating with chamber (54), and air inlet (85) located on the external side surface of mouthpiece (18) and communicating with the intermediate air chamber (81). In base part (14) there is air inlet (78) communicating with chamber (54) and with intermediate air chamber (81) and ending in chamber (54). Mouthpiece (18) is attached to base part (14) by means of a loop.EFFECT: cost efficient and easy-to-use inhaler of dry powder for dry powder dispersion and efficient delivery of dry powder doses without the need for considerable respiratory resi
