A left-leg recess 20 and a right-leg recess 22 which open upward are provided on the upper surface of the rotating body 14. The rotating body 14 is driven by an electric motor 30 provided in the base 12 so as to reciprocatingly rotate at a predetermined rotational angle.Le problème posé par linvention consiste à simplifier une structure et à réduire le coût et le poids. La solution proposée par linvention concerne un corps rotatif 14 ménagé sur une base 12 de manière à pouvoir tourner autour dun axe vertical. Un évidement pour jambe gauche 20 et un évidement pour jambe droite 22 qui souvrent vers le haut sont prévus sur la surface supérieure du corps rotatif 14.
