The salt supply tank stores salt, and supplies salt by installing a supply screw connected to a supply motor toward the middle of bottom. The decomposing screw is connected to the end of the supply screw, decomposes salt, receives water by connected to a water supply pipe, and has decomposing rod in outer circumference. The receipt tank is connected to the end of the decomposing screw, and in which a supply pump connected to a receipt supply pipe is connected to a filtering tank(40) by a filtering supply pipe.
