PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the effect of a water-repellent layer is short because the water-repellent layer is peeled off at an relatively early period although the high sorting effect is held even in a wet material by forming the water-repellent layer in a conveying face.SOLUTION: The water-repellent layer 43 such as fluorine coatings are applied to both faces of a fin 26. The fin 26 is formed in point symmetry in side view by forming projecting parts 35b, 35c at upper and lower part of the fin.
