The present invention relates to a suturing instrument which makes it possible to sanitarily and conveniently suture an incised affected area so as to enhance reliability. The suturing instrument of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a suture film to which a suture including a pulling portion and a loop portion is detachably attached； a body having a guide slit to guide transfer of the suture film； and a suturing needle which pulls a suture pulling portion of the suture film transferred along the guide slit of the body and rotates to penetrate the loop portion through an affected area. In addition, the suturing instrument of the present invention may optionally use: a driving member which rotates the suturing needle and also transfers the suture film； a holding member for holding the pulling portion that has penetrated the loop portion of the suture so as to tie a knot； and a cutting member for cutting the knotted suture. Accordingly, the present invention has an effect in which it is possible to selectively use, by a simple operation, the function of stitching up an affected area, the function of holding a suture so as to tie a knot, the function of cutting a knotted suture, and the like, as needed.La présente invention concerne un instrument de suture qui permet de suturer de manière hygiénique et pratique une zone affectée incisée de façon à améliorer la fiabilité. L'instrument de suture de la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un film de suture auquel une suture comprenant une partie traction et une partie boucle est attachée de façon détachable ； un corps ayant une fente de guidage pour guider le transfert du film de suture ； et une aiguille de suture qui tire une partie traction de suture du film de suture transféré le long de la fente de guidage du corps et tourne pour pénétrer dans la partie boucle à travers une zone affectée.
