The design is a pull wire control mechanism of tracheoscope.It mainly provides a simple control mechanism.By moving the control plate above the handle, the two stay wires are displaced.When the distal end of the catheter of the connected tracheoscope swings and bends,Its structure mainly includes a runner.Pivoted inside the handle,The upper part of the runner is provided with a holding groove.The groove is provided with a spring pawl.Make the connecting rod of the control plate above the handle pass through the long slot hole in the relative position of the handle.It is connected with the brake block.The proximal end of the two stay wires is extended and connected to the runner of the control mechanism.Therefore, it is easy to press the control plate.It can be easily operated by moving the cable back and forth.The distal end of the catheter is bent in different directions.And just release the pressed finger,The distal end of the catheter can be positioned at this angle.The positioning structure can be operated by one hand.It is different from the traditional two hand control mode.Improve the efficiency and convenience of operation.Those who are practical and progressive.本創作為一種氣管鏡拉線控制機構,主要提供一種簡易的控制機構,藉由移動把手上方之控制片以帶動二拉線產生位移,而連動氣管鏡之導管遠端擺動彎曲者,其構造主要包含有一轉輪,樞設在把手的內部,轉輪的上部設有一容置槽,槽內設有一彈簧的一掣動塊,使位在把手上方的控制片之連桿穿過把手相對位置的長槽孔,而與掣動塊相卡合連動,二拉線的近端係延伸結合於控制機構的轉輪上,因此可簡易的利用按壓控制片後,以前後移動的方式簡易操作來連動拉線,進而達到使導管遠端向不同方向彎曲之目的,而只要鬆開按壓的手指,即可將導管遠端定位在該角度位置,藉由該單手即可操作之定位結構,有別於傳統雙手控制方式,提昇操作之效率及便利性,獲致實用進步性者。
