PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passivation processing device capable of easily and reliably passivating a treated product.SOLUTION: The passivation processing device comprises: a treatment tank 2, in which treatment liquid is stored and a treated product is immersed pressure-reduction means 5 for reducing pressure in the treatment tank 2 by sucking a discharging gas in the treatment tank 2 to outside pressure-restoring means 6, 4 for introducing the gas in the pressure-reduced treatment tank 2, and restoring the pressure in the treatment tank 2 and control means for passivating the treated product by controlling each means. The control means executes an operation for restoring a pressure in the treatment tank 2 by the pressure-restoring means 6, 4 after the pressure in the treatment tank 2 is reduced by the pressure-reduction means 5.
