The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mobile terminal for detecting an abnormal activity of a user carrying the mobile terminal and a system including the same. Accordingly, the present invention provides a mobile terminal which is worn on the body of a user, the mobile terminal comprising: an accelerometer sensor； a storage unit for collecting first sensing data which is output from the accelerometer sensor and storing the same； and a control unit for identifying an outlier from the first sensing data, and determining an abnormal activity of the user on the basis of the outlier identified from the first sensing data.L'objet de la présente invention est de concevoir un terminal mobile permettant de détecter une activité anormale d'un utilisateur portant le terminal mobile, et un système le comprenant.
