The present invention relates to compounds of formula (X) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 - R50, a, b, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, I, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, y, and z are defined herein. The novel dihydropyrrolopyrimidine derivatives are useful in the treatment of abnormal cell growth, such as cancer, in mammals. Additional embodiments relate to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds and to methods of using the compounds and compositions in the treatment of abnormal cell growth in mammals.La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (X) I ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci, R1-R50, a, b, d, e, f, g, h, i, j, k, i, o, p, q, r, s, t, u, y, et z étant tels que définis dans la description. Ces nouveaux dérivés de dihydropyrrolopyrimidine sont utiles dans le traitement dune croissance cellulaire anormale, telle que le cancer, chez des mammifères.
