PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine operation program for providing massage operations of novel massage specifications by diversified movements of therapeutic elements, an operation device for massage machines, a massage machine, and a massage system.SOLUTION: An operation device 20 comprises a touch operation detection section 23, an editorial section 25, and a storage section 26. The touch operation detection section 23 includes a touch position input section 40, and a movement determination section 24. The storage section 26 stores a massage machine operation program. When a user creates novel massage specifications, the editorial section 25 executes the massage machine operation program. The massage machine operation program includes a detection step and an editorial step. The touch operation detection section 23 determines movements of a users touch operation to the touch position input section 40 using a body site and outputs it to the editorial section 25.
