PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scoliosis corrective orthosis capable of: adjusting the angle of the thoracic vertebra corrective body not only while putting on the scoliosis corrective orthosis but also after wearing it freely and correcting paralytic scoliosis or the like with constant favorable wearing feeling.SOLUTION: In a scoliosis corrective orthosis 1, which has a pelvic support body 2, a spine support body 3, an upper thoracic vertebra corrective body 5 and a thoracic vertebra corrective body 6 in both sides integrally formed along the trunk outline and is attached with required mounting bands 20, 21, 23, a thoracic vertebra corrective piece 7 is arranged inside of the thoracic vertebra corrective body 6, the rear end of the thoracic vertebra corrective piece 7 is fixed to the spine support body 3 and the front end of the same is connected with the pelvic support body 2 through angle adjusting means 9 so as to be angularly adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、側弯矯正装具の装着時のみならず、装着後においても胸椎矯正体の角度を自由に調整することができ、常に好適な装着感をもって麻痺性側弯症等の矯正を行なうことが出来る、側弯矯正装具を提供するものである。【解決手段】体幹の輪郭に合わせて骨盤支持体2と脊柱支持体3と両側の上位胸椎矯正体5および胸椎矯正体6とが一体に形成されると共に、所要の装着バンド20・21・23が付設されてなる側弯矯正装具1において、上記胸椎矯正体6の内面に胸椎矯正片7が配設され、該胸椎矯正片7はその後端部が脊柱支持体3に固着されると共に、同前端部が角度調整手段9を介して骨盤支持体2に角度調整自在に連結されている。【選択図】図1
