The invention relates to providing medical preparations for treatment and prophylaxis of skin diseases and inflammatory diseases of musculoskeletal system, in particular to medical compositions based on naphthalane oil. The proposed invention is aimed at producing soft odorless, not skin-irritating compositions for prophylaxis and local treatment of skin inflammatory diseases, joints and muscles. According to the invention the assigned task is characterized in that a composition based on the naphthalane oil comprising an emulsion base contains a dearomatized white naphthalane as the naphthalane oil and a mixture of partial glycerol or polyglycerol esters as an emulsifier and stearic acid (T1 and T2 emulsifiers) and aqueous extracts of medical plants of camomile, and/or geranium, and/or eucalyptus, and/or carnation, and/or lavender, and/or rose, and/or diphasium, and/or myrtle, and/or primula with the following component ratio, wt%: deamormatized white naphthalane – 12.5-30 emulsifier - 3-7 aqueous extracts of medical plant - remaining according to the invention a composition based on the naphthalane oil comprising paraffin contains a dearomatized white naphthalane and additionally white medical vaseline and oil extracts of medical plants of camomile, and/or geranium, and/or eucalyptus, and/or carnation, and/or lavender, and/or rose, and/or diphasium, and/or myrtle, and/or primula with the following component ratio, wt%: dearomatized white naphthalane – 15.5-45 oil extracts - 2-6 paraffin - 15-20 white medical vaseline - remaining.Изобретение относится к созданию средств для лечения и профилактики кожных заболеваний и воспалительных заболеваний опорно-двигательного аппарата, а именно к лекарственным композициям на основе нафталанской нефти.
