PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine which can perform position correction by suppressing generation of distortion of each tomosynthesis tomographic image after reconstruction calculation by using an FBP (Filtered Back Projection) method.SOLUTION: An X-ray machine includes rotation means, storage means which sequentially stores signals outputted by an X-ray detection part as frame data when the rotation means moves an X-ray irradiation part and the X-ray detection part around an analyte, and image processing means which reconstructs a tomosynthesis tomographic image from the frame data by using the FBP method. The image processing means performs position correction for matching or substantially matching a length of at least one of lateral direction and lengthwise direction of each of the tomosynthesis tomographic images after reconstruction calculation on the basis of luminance of a voxel on an arbitrary sectional plane used as a correction reference at the time when luminance of a voxel on one sectional plane other than the arbitrary sectional plane used as the correction reference is projected on the arbitrary sectional plane used as the correction reference.
