PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk beverage capable of easily being aspirated with aspirating by a straw during drinking and less in difference of tastes at beginning of drinking and end of drinking while maintaining flavor of a milk component.SOLUTION: There is provided a milk beverage containing a component derived from milk of 0.5 wt.% or more and cellulose of 0.05 mass% and having a ratio of storage elastic modulus (Gc) of a liquid collected from an upper layer and storage elastic modulus (Gd) of a liquid collected from a lower layer after standing at 5°C for 5 hours after stirring, (Gc/Gd) of 0.7 or more. There is provided a milk beverage containing the component derived from milk of 0.5 mass% or more, cellulose of 0.05 mass% or more and a bivalent salt of 0.15 mmol/L or more. There is provided a milk beverage containing skim-milk and/or whey of 0.1 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】乳成分の風味を維持しつつ、飲用時にストローで吸引する際に容易に吸引でき、飲み始めと飲み終わりの味の差が小さい乳飲料の提供。【解決手段】乳由来の成分を0.5質量%以上と、セルロースを0.05質量%以上含み、攪拌後5℃で5時間静置した後、上層(から採取した液体の貯蔵弾性率(G‘c)と、下層から採取した液体の貯蔵弾性率(G‘d)の比(G‘c/G‘d)が、0.7以上である乳飲料。乳由来の成分を0.5質量%以上、セルロースを0.05質量%以上及び二価の塩を0.15mmol/L以上含む乳飲料。前記乳飲料が、脱脂粉乳及び/又はホエイを0.1質量%以上含む乳飲料。【選択図】なし
