PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging type volatilizing agent container allowing easy confirmation of the residual amount of a volatilizing agent stored in the container even in a state of hanging from a bar of a wardrobe or the like together with clothes and the like.SOLUTION: The hanging type volatilizing agent container 1 includes a container body 3 comprising a pair of body half parts 9, 10 fitted to each other to form a storage space for holding the volatilizing agent S a hook 5 for holding the container body 3 hangingly and an indicator case 7 storing an indicator I and formed with a window part 30 for exposing the indicator I to the outside. The indicator case 7 comprises a pair of case half parts 27, 28 provided integrally with the pair of body half parts 9, 10 respectively and fitted to each other when the body half parts 9, 10 are fitted to each other, to form a storage part for the indicator I.
