PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a face mask and a face mask apparatus which enables the face and the mask main body section to be fitted well, and cosmetic and medical treatment effects to be improved.SOLUTION: This face mask 2 is used for applying an electric signal which is output from an electric signal outputting apparatus 3 to the face. The face mask 2 is equipped with a mask main body section 13 which covers the face and an attaching section 22 which is installed on the mask main body section 13 and fitted with an electrode 4 being connected with the electric signal outputting apparatus 3. The mask main body section 13 is equipped with a pair of main body half sections 13a and 13b which are connected with each other in the width direction of the mask main body section 13. A connecting line R by which the pair of main body half sections 13a and 13b are connected with each other is set at the center in the width direction of the mask main body section 13.
