PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical adhesive applicator and an application device, forming a transparent film by preventing that foaming is not left when applying a medical adhesive to an affected part.SOLUTION: This medical adhesive applicator applying the medical adhesive (A) to the affected part includes: a syringe outer tube (2) having a discharge port (1) in the tip and a moved and operated plunger (3) inserted into the syringe outer tube (2) from behind. In a section obtained by cutting the discharge port (1) in a direction perpendicular to the operation direction of the plunger (3), a shape of the discharge port (1) is a rectangle having a long side of 3-40 mm and a short side of 10-100 μm. The application device includes the medical adhesive-applying applicator and a push-out auxiliary device.
