The torilis japonica extract is obtained by the following steps: dipping 1kg of torilis japonica into 5L of 50% ethanol, for extracting at 50deg C for 10hours； removing extraction residues； and compress-concentrating the obtained extract for removing an extraction solvent to obtain the solid torilis japonica extract.
