PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of efficiently suppressing odor caused by absorption of excrement by using aroma.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 10 includes a top sheet 11, a back sheet 12, and an absorber 13 arranged between both sheets 11, 12. The absorbent article 10 has side portions along the longitudinal direction thereof provided with their respective leak prevention cuffs 16 raising from the skin facing side. At least the leak prevention cuffs 16 are impregnated with aroma.
