PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide buckwheat noodle water powder which allows a user to easily make buckwheat noodle water by a simple method anytime and anywhere and to take rutin needed per day, and which can be dissolved in hot water or water to drink as buckwheat noodle water, and to provide a buckwheat noodle water drink using the buckwheat noodle water powder.SOLUTION: Buckwheat noodle water powder is obtained by mixing 50 to 5000 mg of rutin powder, preferably 300 mg, into 50 g of buckwheat flour.
