PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel microorganism which has an excellent plant protection ability, and, in a practical application, has a high utility value, and to provide an effective protection technic of plants using the microorganism.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a microorganism containing nucleic acids consisting of a base sequence having 95% or more identity to the base sequence consisting of a specific sequence, to a biological pesticide containing the microorganism, and to a protective method of plants using the microorganism. The microorganism is a Pseudomonas bacteria, having a phl gene cluster and a hcn gene cluster, having no plt gene cluster and no prn gene cluster, and further having rzx analog gene cluster.
