PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate designation of a transmission destination of an image and save energy of a radiographic image capturing apparatus.SOLUTION: In a radiographic image capturing system 100, when a client terminal 40 installed in a front room Rb1 transmits to a medical image management device 30, an image capture command for commanding to capture a medical image from an FPD (Flat Panel Detector) panel 1 in a radiographic room Ra1, the medical image management device 30, upon receiving the image capture command, transmits a drive command to command a transfer of a drive state to the FPD panel 1 in the radiographic room Ra1, and defines the client terminal 40 in the front room Rb1 as the transmission destination of the medical image to be formed by the FPD panel 1. The medical image management device 30 transmits the medical image received from the FPD panel 1 to the client terminal 40 defined as the transmission destination.
