The present invention relates to a cartridge holder for a drug delivery device, comprising: -a housing (12) extending in an axial direction (48, 50) and being adapted to receive a cartridge (30) at least partially filled with a medicament (34), said cartridge (30) being sealed near a distal end by way of a pierceable seal (42), -at least one bearing element (26, 60； 62) fixed to the housing (12), and -at least one tensioning member (28) to engage with the bearing element (26) and with the cartridge (30) in an axial direction (48, 50) for transmitting a distally directed injection force (52) from the cartridge (30) to the housing (12).La présente invention concerne un support de cartouche destiné à un dispositif d'administration de médicaments. Ce support comprend un logement (12), au moins un élément porteur (26, 60, 62), et au moins un élément tensionneur (28). Le logement (12), qui se présente en orientation axiale (48, 50), est conçu pour recevoir une cartouche (30) au moins partiellement remplie d'un médicament (34), ladite cartouche (30) étant hermétiquement fermée à proximité d'une extrémité distale par un opercule hermétique susceptible d'être percé (42). L'élément porteur (26, 60, 62) est solidaire du logement (12).
