PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine giving an excellent massage from the upper part of a person to be treated to the lower part.SOLUTION: A massage mechanism has: a pair of right and left inner treatment elements a pair of right and left outer treatment elements and drive means driving the treatment elements. A separation distance between the inner treatment element and the outer treatment element can be changed by the drive means. The massage mechanism also has a first support shaft supporting the right and left inner treatment elements and outer treatment elements, and rotating around the shaft center by the drive means. The first support shaft has: inner inclined shafts supporting the inner treatment elements through arms and outer inclined shafts supporting the outer treatment elements through arms. The inner inclined shaft and the outer inclined shaft have angles different from each other to the shaft center.
