The present invention relates to the management apparatus for taking medicine. The apparatus composes； the storage unit which stores the medicine packs； the transportation unit which has one or more rollers used to transfer the pack of medicine stored in the storage unit； the cutting unit which tears off the pack of medicine at the very front； the releasing unit which discharges the medicine； the second storage unit which stores the medicine discharged from the releasing unit； and the routing unit which directs the medicine either to the releasing unit or to the second storage unit. Hence, the apparatus helps the user take medicine conveniently on time without special care or management.본 발명은 복약 관리장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 본 발명에 따른 복약 관리장치는 약포 패키지가 보관되는 보관부； 상기 보관된 약포 패키지를 이송하는 적어도 하나 이상의 롤러를 구비하는 이송부； 상기 이송되는 약포 패키지 중 최 전단의 약포를 절단하는 절단부； 상기 절단된 약포가 외부로 배출되는 인출구； 내측에 상기 절단된 약포가 저장되는 공간부가 형성되는 저장부； 및 상기 절단된 약포가 상기 인출구 및 상기 저장부 중 어느 하나로 진행하도록 경로를 조절하는 경로선택부；를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면 복약 시기가 정해져 있는 약제의 경우 정해진 복약 시기에 복약되지 않는 경우에도 해당 약포에 대한 별도의 관리없이도 정확한 사후 복약이 가능하도록 관리가 가능하다.
