PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter ensuring safety in operation of a gear shift lever and equipped with a visor suitable for rice transplanting work.SOLUTION: The rice transplanter has a pair of right and left front wheels 2 and rear wheels 3 set on a body 1, an operation box 4 and a steering handle 5 set at the front part on the body 1, a driving seat 9 set at the rear side of the steering handle 5, a shift lever 40 for switching running forward or backward of the machine body by operating a switching device 23, and a seedling planting part 6 on the rear part of the body 1 liftably, wherein, the operation path 41 of the shift lever 40 is formed of a forward and backward running and neutral path 41N extending in the right and left direction, and a forward running path 41F and a rear running path 41R each connected to cross with the forward and backward running and neutral path 41N, the positions on which the forward running path 41F or the rear running path 41R crosses with the forward and backward running and neutral path 41N are made different to form a crank shape, and an extending end position NE projecting in the right and left direction from the crank-shaped operation path at a side end part of the forward and backward running and neutral path 41N.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、変速レバーの操作における安全性を確保し、また、田植作業に適したバイザーを備えた田植機を得ることにある。【解決手段】車体1に左右一対の前輪2・後輪3を設け、車体1上の前部に操作ボックス4・ステアリングハンドル5を設け、ステアリングハンドル5の後側に運転席9を設け、変速装置23を操作して機体の前後進切替を行う変速レバー40を設け、車体1の後方部に苗植付部6を昇降可能に装備した田植機において、変速レバー40の操作経路41を左右方向に延びる前後進中立経路41Nと、前後進中立経路41Nに交差して接続される前進経路41F・後進経路41Rとで構成し、前進経路41Fと後進経路41Rとを前後進中立経路41Nに交差する位置を異ならせてクランク状に構成し、前後進中立経路41Nの側端部にクランク状の操作経路から左右方向に突出する延出端位置NEを設けた田植機。【選択図】図4
