PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical insertion guide instrument, surely puncturing the tip of the guide instrument in a destination region, and operating treatment using an electrode implement or the like for treatment and injection of a medical solution of PEIT (Percutaneous Ethanol Injection Therapy) or the like using one instrument.SOLUTION: This medical insertion guide instrument basically includes: a hollow pipe puncture needle 1 a connector 2 removably provided at the base end part of the puncture needle to serve as an injection port of a medical solution and a guide needle 3 including a hollow pipe outer needle 31 having an inner cavity in which the electrode implement for treatment can be inserted and removed and slide, the outer peripheral surface of which is coated with electric insulating material and a hollow pipe inner needle 33 having an outside diameter to be inserted and removed to the outer needle and an internal cavity in which the puncture needle 1 can be inserted and removed and slide.
