PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mattress which is transformable into a fully flat state and a state of a seated position and is used for a bed and a wheelchair, and an air mattress device.SOLUTION: Air cells are partitioned into a first air cell group 111 for a part corresponding to a back, a second air cell group 112 for a part corresponding to a hips and femoral regions, a third air cell group 113 for a part corresponding to calves, and a fourth air cell group 114 for a part corresponding to heels. Suction and exhaust of air is independently performed on each of the first through the fourth air cell groups.
