The present invention is design of "A device useful for continuous frying and discharging of deep fat fried vada and similar products". Vada was prepared with urad batter (soaked & ground black gram dhal) using a forming unit in to donut shaped vada and directly made to fall in to the said fryer. The said fryer consists of oil trough with equally divided four channels wh^re in which the frying vada moves and these channels are connected integrally in to an endless channel. There is a specially designed small conveyor is provided to remove the fried vada from the fryer. Heating is by LPG source with a burner and controls to regulate the LPG flow. This fryer can be conveniently applied for frying urad vada and similar products continuously and consistently.A device useful for continuous frying and discharging of urad vada and other similar kind of food products, characterized by: an oil trough (1) so as to hold frying oil, a leakage-proof partitioning means such as herein described disposed in the said oil trough (1) for separating the said oil trough into four equal open-end partitions forming an endless channel (2) so as to canalize an endless stream of frying oil, rotating paddle wheels (3) being provided mounted on horizontal shafts (4) which in turn being mounted and held freely with the help of suitable ball-bearings so as to provide smooth rotary motion of the said paddle wheels (3) providing means for creation of endless stream of frying oil in the said endless channel, a chain conveyor (5) being provided fit at the out-let end of the said oil trough (1), oil filtering means (7) being provided for replenishing fresh frying oil by filtering out charred and residual particles therefrom , an LPG burner assembly (8) being provided to regulate flow of LPG, four rigid legs with adjustable jack screws (9) being provided so as to support the whole fryer assembly, and a discharge chute (6)
