PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defecation and urination discrimination device which includes an aspirator and which inexpensively and accurately discriminates whether it is defecation or urination.SOLUTION: A defecation and urination discrimination device includes: an excretion receiving member which faces a body and receives an excretion an aspirator which is provided on the excretion receiving member so as to be attachable and detachable and sucks the excretion excreted in the excretion receiving member a temperature sensor which outputs the temperature data according to the excretions temperature and a control part which acquires the temperature data outputted from the temperature sensor before/after a stop of the sucking action that the aspirator sucks the excretion, and finds the variation pattern of temperature during the period before and after the stop of the sucking action, and discriminates whether the excretion is feces or urine on the basis of the variation pattern.
