To provide a diaper installation method of a bed pan in which a user can correctly set it in the bed pan by using a simple diaper even if not receiving special training, and provide a bed pan with the diaper.SOLUTION: There are provided: an inner 40 having a defecation receiving part 16, a urination receiving part 17 and a defecation suction hole 18, and functions as a bed pan； a diaper 42 for covering the back of this inner 40 and wearing it in crotches； and an outer 41 for sandwiching the diaper 42 with the inner 40 by covering it from the rear of the diaper 42 so that the defecation receiving part 16 and the urination receiving part 17 of the inner 40 may be exposed. The inner 40 has at least a feces sensor 19, a urine sensor 20 and a washing nozzle 21.
