PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily share information between nursing attendants/caregivers.SOLUTION: A central processing device of a monitored person monitoring system comprises: a format information storage unit for storing a plurality of record formats for entering content of nursing care/caregiving performed on a monitored person as a nursing care/caregiving record, according to a kind of nursing care/caregiving； a format delivery processing unit for transmitting the record format to a terminal device； a nursing care/caregiving record processing unit for causing a nursing care/caregiving record transmitted from the terminal device to be stored by a nursing care/caregiving record information storage unit； a message board information storage unit for storing an electronic message board that includes a message board message shared among each user of a plurality of terminal devices； and a message board registration processing unit for registering a message board message transmitted from the terminal device in the electronic message board of the message board information storage unit.
