The present invention provides a management system for a nursing facility which enables a limited number of people to more efficiently manage a large number of patients in a nursing facility. According to the present invention, the management system for a nursing facility comprises: an identifier worn by each patient or attached to an article worn by each patient； an identifier reader installed at each entrance, and detecting the identifier to obtain information of the identifier； a bed sensor installed in each bed, sensing whether the patient is sleeping on the bed, and generating a sensing result； a main server receiving a signal sensed by the identifier reader and the bed sensor to determine a position of the patient； and a situation room terminal receiving position information of the patient from the main server, and displaying the position information on a screen.본 발명은 요양시설의 많은 수의 환자들을 한정된 인원이 보다 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하는 요양시설용 관리시스템을 제공한다. 본 발명의 요양시설 관리시스템은, 각 환자에게 착용되거나 착용되는 물품에 부착된 식별자와, 각 출입구에 설치되어 상기 식별자의 정보를 획득하기 위해 상기 식별자를 감지하는 식별자리더기와, 각 침대에 설치되는 것으로서 상기 침대 상의 환자의 수면여부를 감지하여 그 감지한 결과를 발생시키는 침대감지장치와, 상기 식별자리더기와 상기 침대감지장치로부터 감지된 신호를 전달받아 환자의 위치를 판단하는 메인서버와, 상기 메인서버로부터 환자의 위치정보를 전달받아 화면에 표시하는 상황실단말기를 포함한다.
