Provided is a camptothecin prodrug. The camptothecin prodrug is a prodrug formed by camptothecin or a derivative thereof and Evans blue, and the structural formula thereof is as shown in formula (I), wherein R1 is camptothecin or a derivative group thereof； R2 is one of -CH2- or -O-； R3 is one of -CH2-, (A) or (B)； X is one of S or -CH2-； and n1 and n2 are the number of repeating units and both represent an integer from 0-10. The camptothecin prodrugs of the present invention have an excellent tumour cell uptake both in vitro and in vivo, and some of the prodrugs also exhibit significant cancer cell inhibitory effects. Also provided are a method for preparing the camptothecin prodrug and the use thereof in preparing a medicine for the treatment of a cancer.L'invention concerne un promédicament de camptothécine.
