PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush that can suppress the generation of a leak current.SOLUTION: A toothbrush 1 includes a body current-carrying part 20, a brush body current-carrying part 90, a brush head 40, brush bristles 50, a gum massage part 60, and a tongue cleaning part 70. The body current-carrying part 20 and brush body current-carrying part 90 have the function of passing a current through the oral cavity of a user. The brush head 40 includes: a front face 41A to which the brush bristles 50 and the gum massage part 60 are mounted and a back face 41B to which the tongue cleaning part 70 is mounted. The tongue cleaning part 70 is formed of non-conductive elastomer and has a structure to remove grime on the tongue.
