Le corps expansible (poumon) comprend une première partie (5) qui s'étend dans une direction sensiblement longitudinale et une seconde partie (6) qui s'étend dans une direction sensiblement orthogonale par rapport à la première partie agencée entre le corps et la cheville de l'articulation du pied, de sorte que, lorsqu'un support de pied est incliné à un angle donné par rapport au plan du sol, il génère une première force sur ladite première partie définie par un premier vecteur (T1) sensiblement orthogonal par rapport audit plan du sol (P) qui entraîne - en retour - une expansion subséquente de ladite seconde partie qui génère une seconde force, définie par un second vecteur (T2) sensiblement parallèle audit plan du sol, qui est conçue pour fournir un support pour la cheville.
