PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reproduce the taste of a food product on the basis of taste data.SOLUTION: In a system (1) for reproducing food product taste, taste data produced by digitizing the taste of a food product is obtained by a taste recognition device (2). A first terminal (5) combines a plurality of taste elements containing a substance producing at least one fundamental flavor on the basis of the taste data, and converts the plurality of taste elements to taste-reproducing data pertaining to the constituent ratio of taste elements for reproducing the taste of a food product. The first terminal (5) transmits the taste reproduction data to a server (7) for storage therein. A second terminal (8) receives the taste reproduction data via Internet (6), and outputs the taste reproduction data to a taste reproduction device (9).
