The present invention relates to a gas treatment apparatus having a gas rotation function and a washing liquid guiding function. The gas treatment apparatus is fixed in washing pipes with gas flows therein, conveys gas in a rotating state, and makes the gas contact the washing liquid to remove pollutants therefrom. According to the present invention, the gas treatment apparatus includes: a gas pipe (100) receiving gas flows through one end to discharge the gas to the other end a washing liquid spray nozzle (200) installed on the gas pipe (100) to wash off the gas flows by spraying the washing liquid thereto and a gas/washing liquid rotation guide member (300) which is built in the gas pipe (100), guides the flow of the sprayed washing liquid from the washing liquid spray nozzle (200) in the rotating state, guides the gas to flow in the rotating state, or guides the gas in a distributed manner. The gas/washing liquid rotation guide member (300) includes: a center shaft (310) and a rotation guide plate (320) which is radially formed on the center shaft (310) to rotate the sprayed washing liquid while being fixed on the gas pipe (100).
