PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily peel a circuit board bonded and stored at an insertion part distal end of an endoscope.SOLUTION: At the insertion part distal end of the endoscope, a flexible board 74 on which an electronic circuit 82 is mounted is stored. The flexible board 74 is folded in an S shape and the flexible board 74 is bonded with each other with a dismantling adhesive 94. Also, the dismantling adhesive 94 is filled with a highly heat conductive filling member. By heating the dismantling adhesive 94, strength of the dismantling adhesive is weakened, and the bonded board 94 is peeled from each other. Since the dismantling adhesive 94 is filled with the highly heat conductive filling member, heat radiation is excellent and noise generation of an imaging element 72 caused by heat generation is prevented before happens.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【目的】内視鏡の挿入部先端に,接着されて格納されている回路基板を容易に剥がすようにする。【構成】内視鏡の挿入部先端には電子回路82が実装されているフレキシブル基板74が格納されている。このフレキシブル基板74はS字状に折りたたまれて,フレキシブル基板74同士が解体性接着剤94で接着されている。また,解体性接着剤94には高熱伝導充填部材が充填されている。解体性接着剤94に熱が加えられることにより,解体性接着剤の強度が弱まり,接着されている基板94同士を剥がすことができる。解体性接着剤94には高熱伝導充填部材が充填されているので放熱性に優れ,発熱による撮像素子72のノイズ発生が未然に防止される。【選択図】図2
