12The present invention provides a quinazoline derivative represented by formula (I) (in the formula R and R represent a hydrogen atom a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group optionally having a substituent group Z represents a cycloakyl group having a substituent group or a cycloalkenyl group having a substituent group and Q represents a bicyclic heteroaryl group optionally having a substituent group) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound has an inhibitory action on the Wnt/ catenin signaling pathway and has an antitumor effect and so is useful as a drug.
