PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of easily retrieving image data, and to provide an ultrasonic image processor.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: an imaging part 4 for scanning a subject P with ultrasonic wave, and generating the image data, based on a reception signal obtained by the scanning an image data storage part 51 for preserving the image data generated in the imaging part 4 a thumbnail data processing part 52 for generating the thumbnail data or magnified thumbnail data of the image data preserved in the image data storage part 51 and a display part 53 for displaying the image data from the imaging part 4 and the thumbnail data or magnified thumbnail data from the thumbnail data processing part 52.
