PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display apparatus and a medical image display system which smoothly display images corresponding to operations such as enlargement or rotation by a user such as a doctor, by speeding-up drawing processing of display images to increase display speed.SOLUTION: A medical image display apparatus includes: a data acquisition part for acquiring running data corresponding to an aggregation of data which indicate a three-dimensional running direction of nerve fibers a screen information acquisition part for acquiring an operation indication of at least either one of an enlargement/reduction ratio and a rotation angle of each of display images a plurality of partial image generation processing parts for generating the display images on the basis of the running data and the operation instruction while separating the display images into a plurality of two-dimensional drawing regions and a display image generating part which synthesizes the images generated in the partial image generation processing parts and generates the display images.
